Bonnie Perkins was one of the first people I talked to when I moved to Lake County a few months after 911. Her radio program "Censored History" could have run on any progressive station in the country. I enjoyed working with her at KPFZ-LP. I also knew her as a contact for the Green Party. She was bright, funny and yes, opinionated. She will be missed.
