Oh boy....... I hope they are VERY careful about the plans for the Old Austin's Resort.  I can remember when Austin's Resort and Beach WAS Clear Lake!! We stayed there every summer vacation in the '50's and for years afterward. I believe that spot to be the most prime real estate left on the lake. At least for being inside any city limits...
Please  don't let them blow it!!!
