My question is - when will the "burden of proof" (and expense) lay with those who plant GE crops or "conventional" crops?
By that I mean - why does the expense of maintaining buffer zones AGAINST pesticide drift and GE cross-pollination fall to the organic farmer and not those who plant or spray their crops with non-organic products or who plant GE crops which may contaminate organic fields?
