That is BS that the power was restored by 8:26. It came back on at 11:31PM. It is also very incompetent work to have the power go off, and come back on in one minute, then in a few minutes again go off for a minute and come back on, and then in another few minutes for a third time to go off for five hours. Those types of interruptions can damage equipment.
