Looking at buget, from arnie Where is in the buget for health care for the rest of us. Has he cut the buget for senitors and asembly men, and other wages for state empolees, like the prision guard, cut it in half, and see where the buget is then. taxes are are not the way to raise the buget, republicans are the notorius for raising taxes and claiming that they are for smaller gov.
