If You Want A Voice Here In Lake County Consider Filling One Of The Many Advisory Board Vacancies
For those who are of a mind to affect change here in Lake County you might consider applying for one of the many vacancies on one of the many advisory boards here in Lake County if your time and health allows you to do so. Self-governance is not an easy task and it takes a lot of time and commitment. I only wish my own health issues allowed me to take advantage of this opportunity now that I am retired. But to be honest I would not be retired if my health had not forced me to do so; because I would have needed to continue to work due to the rising cost of my own personal Private Health Insurance; that which is to this day an on going expense.
