Hey KD, just a note to point out that you are refering to a Senate Bill by using "SB1578" This is a bill before the Senate and by definition has not yet been signed into law. Once the bill is passed by both the Senate and assembly and signed into law by the Governor then it is assigned a code number in the proper code, Penal, B&P, etc.
I agree that the situation is grave and that in many communities around the county the barking is very disturbing. We need to see to it that bills like this one get passed into law and that we then require them to be enforced. Call your Senator and Assembly people and once the law is enacted then call Supervisors, Council People, Chief's of Police, Sheriff, Animal Control etc. to require it's enforcement. The squeaky wheel at least gets some oil once in a while.
