What the ordinance is meant to do and what it eventually accomplishes can be very different.
Would the Police abuse the new power? Absolutely!
If it can be overturned, what good is it?
If kids are old enough to DIE FOR THEIR COUNTRY, they should be old enough to have a drink without the Police interfering. Treat them as adults, not kids.
