This will never work for more reasons than I can think of.
How are they going to inspect the hundreds of boats that come here for a Bass tournament or all the weekend skiers in the summer? Three inspection stations, 2 at firehouses and one at a casino  I guess the firehouses will become inspection stations rather than firehouses with all the people waiting in line to get an inspection. And the casino is just going to love it when hundreds of weekender's are lined up blocking their road into the casino.
Sorry, I just don't see it working. We rely on tourist dollars, this will just drive people away.
