We have a long and proud history here in Lake County of abiding by the two-tiered legal system, which places the rich, white and well-connected where they belong, out of the reach of any form of actual justice. If you belong to the protected class you can commit crimes and when (if) you get caught you can check yourself into the jail at your leisure, and don\'t worry about bail money, you get OR.
