As pointed out by catlady Mr. Poindexter has no fence on his property, and the beautiful house he built, most NORMAL people would love to have. Speaking of fences if smurf would learn how to build one maybe his horse wouldn\'t be caught wandering up and down the road. Like most of the people smurf writes about he probably doesn\'t even know Mr. Poindexter. I have had the plesure of meeting him and Mr. Poindexter actually is a very nice person. In his day, he never would have done something like this. I feel afraid for all of us if the District Attorneys office really thinks they have a case this time. In this case, I\'m afraid the DA is way off base. Yes, there are two sides to every story and it will be good to hear both of these. The perp is a complete jerk who took an old pear orcard out to build a huge, ugly McMansion which is surrounded by a horribly ugly fence he built right next to the narrow county road we live on.
