Cut welfare, and get these freeloaders out of clearlake, clean it up. It willbe great to go grocery shopping at the first of the month, and be able to see normal people, not strung out on crank, or illegals who have kids here, their kids get welfare because they are citizens, and they send the money back to mexico, or whatever country they came here from. We give 5 years of welfare here, highest from any other state. If we are to keep welfare, make it max for one year, the timeclock following the child. Parents give their kids to mom or dad, and they go on welfare, with a unlimited time clock! Clearlake is a magnet for these lazy people, because there are no jobs up here, and the welfare department cant even do anything about it. Other counties, tell them to move up here! The parks deal is a lot of hot air in my opinion, they pulled this last time just to get people's attention, it's such a small part of the budget it won't make a real difference, and they know that. The dems are really running this state, and they are doing it VERY poorly, they should start fixing things by abolishing the state senate.
