			<description>I would be leery of anything that hands personal property over to the government (voluntarily or involuntarily). I hope there is something in the bill that protects people from the government doing whatever they please on or with the land once they receive ownership of it. If not, one thing is for sure, if the government owns the land then it will make it easier for them to do whatever THEY want with it.  - purplegirl</description>
