Coincidentally, last night I saw the film, \"FLOW: For Love of Water\", which looks at water crises world-wide. The [b]sweet [/b]part here is that when communities from India to Bolivia threw out the global corporations that were going to sweep in and \"solve\" water problems, and when those communities used self-created ideas and small technologies, free, healthy, abundant water for all resulted.
