Also, it doesn\'t matter who is the city manager since the morons on the city council will ruin the town anyway, Lakeport is doomed! Whatever, the main thing here is we can\'t take Gillham back as he\'s damaged goods, let him recover on the Army\'s dime, the last thing lakeport needs is another drain on their budget.
