Millions of years of planet history shows this to be the case. However, for this near bankrupt state to spend any time or money on anything to do with controlling greenhouse gases or buy into man made global warming in any way is complete nonsense and criminal. The gov\'s time should be spent figuring out how to beat the unions (teachers, prison guards, firefighters, etc.) that hold the state hostage and work on balancing the budget.
