			<description>since leaders actually LEAD in war...If our so called leaders (including the &amp;#34;commander in chief&amp;#34;) lead the troops, if they stepped in the line of fire in front of the troops as leaders did centuries ago rather than sitting safely behind a warm desk thousands of miles away, they would most likely not be so eager to spread &amp;#34;chock and awe&amp;#34;. - Raphael</description>
