There is something wrong allowing a young person to brake the law to catch another. We should never condone that practice so the ends justifys the means. Sounds like the local government, were by lying is allowed for the greater good. That said no one under the law that is a minor should be drinking. No,underage drinking is not ok in my book tho I would change the age back down to 18 - old enough to get your butt blown off in the sandbox, you\'re old enough to drink. However we now have an economy sorta kinda based on tourism and a great portion of that tourism is based on wineries - alcohol. There is also a sense of drinking and driving being encouraged, frequently see people leave on tasting room in Nice and pull right into the next one.
