But just in case you are. You need to remember how many people asked you for an exit interview as they left LCOE. Exit interviews that you declined to give. People did not take the normal avenues of reporting abuse, because everyone in the chain of command was \'known\' to be abusive! Most staff never felt safe with the usual people that they should report to. I\'m not even sure that you are a bad guy; some people who left think you are. But I know first hand that you have some really mean (sick) staff working for you at the admisistrative level. These are all staff that worked so hard and dedicatedly on your campaign and they made no secret that this was done. Even on work time. These are staff that are intelligent, very seductive and very deceitful. Consciously or unconsciouly, their whole intent was to seduce you and pull the wool over your eyes so that you would not look into any allegations or acusations against them. The abuse of staff was going on at least a decade before you took on the mess! It was repeated over and over and over and over again. I can only pray that now it stops. And I put out the caution to watch your back Dave, these staff will let you be the fall guy without blinking an eye, they will make themselves out to be your victims and they will all get raises once you are gone. And of course LCOE has some wonderful programs. At the bottom, you have some wonderful very dedicated staff who love children. Staff that are so under paid that they barely scrape bottom to get by while admistrators have salaries in the range of 80,000 to 100,000+ per year. Line staff work for peanuts in the name of their love for children. Administration can not take credit for the good work that line staff do. If you feel the need to write, make it apology letters to those whose lives the LCOE have abused and hurt. Or simply make it your resignation letter. I for one am sick of your cover up, and lies. Save the trial for the Grand Jury. They have heard the other side of the story. The the GJ can not legally state the accusations against LCOE publicly at this time. This does not give you an opening to state their report is false. Quit with your smoke screen of press releases. We are willing to await the outcome of the final report.
