Isn\'t Dutch Harbor the beach where the seaplane\'s come each year? If so, what beach will they be able to use after the proposed hotel goes up? - Shores_of_Kabatin

\"Mr. Boeger has indicated his willingness to work with the City in addressing the Dutch Harbor Right of First Refusal provisions, Knoll states.\"

This has to be a joke right, Mr. Boeger a developer is going to advise on redevlopment? Not any sort of tom foolery or conflict of intrest here, nope now all you good people just go back to what you were doing and never mind what the council is doing, we have your best interests at heart.

Like this morning I called the city* of Clearlake about a fence permit for my newly aquired lot , was told I had to put it back 20\' off the street even though it is chainlink and proposed to attach to my present fence which is 5\' off the road. Well I can give them $900 something bucks and try to get a variance, seems they want to restrict me to 80% of my property!

* Clearlake is NOT a city it\'s a joke!

Did ya know Rodney K. Mitchell was mayor in 1994?

The plot sickens!

\"The inability of the Redevelopment Agency to use eminent domain limits the ability to assemble parcels of land for Redevelopment in the Project Area; it stifles the Agency in carrying out Redevelopment activities,\" Knoll\'s report says. \"The Agency with eminent domain authority will be able to have another tool to assemble land (if needed) on non-owner occupied properties in order to implement the Redevelopment Plan.\"

This is nothing more than our elected officials taking property for the good of investors and turning it into more tax base at our expence.

Oust all of them that vote for this. - kd006

properties\" just a pretty way of saying you\'re going to toss people that rent? How is this not discrimination against renters and landlords? Will it apply to residential and commercial properties? Making folks homeless or putting them out of business - some way to move your city forward. Let me guess, the same person that thought lets tear up the streets and sidewalks THEN find out if concrete is readily available came up with this dandy idea also. kd006 is right - toss the bums!! - Donna Christopher
