Thanks for the nice article promoting locally produced foods. My understanding it that there are plans to have a market at Loch Lomand, too. Anyone with info???

There\'s no better way to keep our county rural than buying our food directly from local growers.
Think about that the next time you instinctively want to quick go grab something at one of the chain supermarkets because it\'s \"cheaper\" and you want to make a one-stop-shop.
Think about all the hidden costs of that \"cheaper\" food you\'re buying and think again. The time will come when the term \"organic\" will be watered down, altered and modified until it will be virtually meaningless and you won\'t be able to tell anything from a label. That\'s when knowing your farmer will be the only way to be sure of the quality of the food you\'re putting into your body.
Support your local farmers!
P.S. I am not cobbmkc, but I\'m taking the opportunity to make a comment. When I try to log in the conventional way, I\'m told that my username or password is incorrect. When I try to change the password, I get the same \"incorrect\" message. That\'s why I snuck in here. - cobbmkc
