If you wanted a bigger book to throw at these fellows, you take them to trial and get them convicted on every single thing they are charged with. I figure its got to be some type of learned behavior for the most part with an occasional perv whos\' brain is short circuited. 8 years is not enough and mandating he must serve at least 85% before being paroled is like assaulting the general public. His victim gets \"life\", full of gawd awful memories. Hopefully he didn\'t pass this abhorent behavior to his victim. Just put pervs into the general population at the prison, the problem may provide its own solution. Chemical and physical castration has been shown to only be partlialy effective, I think the scientific community needs to do a lot more work to find ways to reduce this weird, self-destructive behaviour. Maybe until then these people should be sent to a camp of some sort where they aren\'t in contact with childern, because we are unable to control their behaviour by other means but can\'t just keep them in prison forever.
