			<description>Just more B.S. to give just cause for having four different law enforcement agencies in our small county (not counting US Forestry LEOs).  Verbal permission just isn\'t enough, You can still get cited!  More laws equal less freedoms in this case.  Do I think people are abusing certain freedoms and being unsafe... YES.  Enforce those laws to SERVE &amp; PROTECT.  Don\'t create more political B.S. like ordinances like 19-52. - dagreat</description>
