There\'s been an absolute explosion of new laws in the last few years. Unfortunately, many new laws want to criminally punish accidents. This is absurd. America used to let insurance companies and civil attorneys deal with accidents. DA\'s are letting drug traffickers plead down because he\'s "understaffed" and goes after boating accidents. Accidental deaths are trajic but what about drug related deaths caused by human greed to get rich? Drug trafficking is no accident and a lot more common.
