In the absence of specific rationale(s) for opposition the perception is likely to be \" Rob Brown is a racist who hates Indians\". Brown jumped the gun on this one, he should have waited until the plan had enough specifics to start shooting it down, and limit petition signers to those who live in the community that will be affected.
