NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on VR 09-04 requesting approval of a Variance from the surfacing requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a parking area surfaced with base rock in conjunction with MMU 09-08 requesting approval of a Minor Modification to a previously approved Major Use Permit, UP 07-08, to allow for the temporary storage of boats, recreational vehicles and private non-commercial vehicles. The project applicant is Tony Ford. The project is located at 2300 Stokes Ave., Nice, APN 004-055-31. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 07-23. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District hereby declares its intent to purchase real property consisting of land located at 1305 Reclamation, Upper Lake, CA (APN 004-021-30-00), to be used for the purpose of flood control protection as provided in the State of California Water Code Section 79037, Division 26, Chapter 5, Article 2.5. The seller is Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-06.


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District will conduct a public hearing on TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2010, at 9:15 a.m., Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as time and place for consideration of the proposed purchase and the necessary actions to complete the purchase of said property.
