The Lakeport Planning Commission will look at permits for Safeway's proposed remodel and an indoor skate park at its regular meeting Wednesday evening.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the City Council chambers, 225 Park St.
On its regular calendar of business, the Planning Commission will review a previously approved use permit allowing live entertainment at Lakeside Lanes (previously known as Sports Bowl) at 872 Lakeport Blvd.
The commission also will hold a public hearing and consider an application for a use permit to allow the operation of an indoor skate park at Lakeside Lane.
The meeting's third public hearing will be on the architectural and design review for an addition and an exterior remodel of the Safeway store located in the Willow Tree Plaza Shopping Center on 11th Street.
Also proposed for the store are a parking lot expansion, a tentative parcel map to create four parcels and environmental review of the projects in a major retail zoning district. |
