Vikings of Lake Lodge #6-166 Sons of Norway will host its Scandinavian Christmas Open House on Sunday, Dec. 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Along with Scandinavian Christmas décor there will be a wonderful assorted delicacies to enjoy, including: Lefse, Swedish pancakes, Danish AEbleskiver, krumkaker, open-faced sandwiches and more.
Specialty foods will be for sale, there will be a raffle, and Christmas shoppers can purchase uniquely Nordic gifts, including rosemaling, and Swedish and Norwegian calendars.
At noon there will be a Swedish Santa Lucia pageant followed by singing Norwegian carols around the Christmas Tree at 12:30 p.m.
Everyone is welcome, and donations are appreciated. |
