The Middletown Area Town Hall (MATH) will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29.


The meeting, open to the public, will be held at the Middletown school multi-use room on Wardlaw Street.


Agenda items include:

  • Approval of minutes of the regular meeting Nov. 8 and board workshop of Nov. 14.

  • Public input: Any person may speak for three minutes on any item not appearing on the posted agenda.

  • Board reports: Michael Tabacchi has comments regarding Robert’s Rules of Order.

  • Old business: County Counsel's comments on the use of email to communicate to members.

  • New business: Rotation of officers (requested by Linda Diehl-Darms); conflict of interest (requested by Jan Rippingale), and lack of guidance in bylaws; call for nominations for board seats.

     

The Dec. 13 meeting will feature Dick Frye speaking on planning issues
