A workshop to discuss projects that may qualify for funding from the Carl Moyers Program, which supports reducing diesel exhaust emissions from agricultural pump conversions to electric line power and for private sector equipment operators, will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, Sept. 6 at the Agricultural Center Conference Room, 885 Lakeport Blvd., Lakeport.
