The Lake County Administrative Office, in conjunction with the Lake County Historical Society, will hold their third and final meeting to discuss the development of the Ely Stage Stop and Country Museum. The meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 13, at the future site of the Ely Stage Stop and Country Museum, located at 9921 Highway 281, approximately one mile north of Kit’s Corner in Kelseyville. The meeting will offer an opportunity to inspect the future site of the museum, and provide a forum to review the final recommendations for the proposed development of the museum and site, including the phases of development and master plan drawing. Interested members of the public are invited to attend. The meeting will be held in the parking area, and will include a short optional walk up the hill to the future site of the Ely Stage Stop house. Those planning to attend are encouraged to dress appropriately for the outdoor location and activities, and to bring folding chairs if they wish. |
Location: Future site of the Ely Stage Stop and Country Museum, 9921 Highway 281, one mile north of Kit’s Corner, Kelseyville.
