Annual Western-themed street festival with Old West skits, a parade, pancake breakfast, tri-tip barbecue, wagon rides, and country music. Contests for best beard, bonnet, and costume. Sponsored by the Upper Lake Community Council for community projects and the Upper Lake Volunteer Fire Department. 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Main Street. Admission is free.
