The City of Lakeport invites business owners and community members to attend a Wednesday workshop to discuss the city's new draft sewer ordinance.
The workshop will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park St.
City staff, including Utilities Superintendent Mark Brannigan, will give an overview of the draft ordinance with a question and answer session, and discuss the fats, oils and grease program, with more time for questions.
Travis Engstrom of North Star Precision Mapping will be a guest speaker.
City residents, restaurant and business owners, Realtors, developers and sewer industry professionals are urged to attend.
