All Saints Day will be celebrated this Sunday, Nov. 1, at the Middletown Community United Methodist Church with an All Saints Day message, “Forgiveness and You” by Rev. Peter De Long and a performance by the musical group The Resurrections.

The service will begin at 9:45 a.m. and will be followed by a free community dinner at 11:15 a.m.

Providing music for this service will be The Resurrections who provide gospel, rhythm and blues, praise and uplifting music from several cultures and styles. Singing with four and five part harmony is a vital part of their music.

The Resurrections inspire congregations to participate and raise their voices in joyful noise in song and chant.

Guitars, bass, drums, keyboards combine to create a high energy musical offering with positive and life affirming messages tied to lessons shared by Rev. Peter.

The Middletown Community United Methodist Church practices “Open Hearts, Open Minds, and Open Doors.”

Where ever you are on your journey of faith, you are welcome to join them.

The church is located at the corner of Washington and Armstrong, one block off Calistoga Street east of the Middletown Post Office.
