The fifth annual Year in Review for the watershed groups in the Upper Cache Creek Watershed will be held at 6 p.m. Jan. 9, 2007. The event is being held at the Presbyterian Church of Kelseyville at Church & 3rd Streets in Kelseyville. This year's celebration is being hosted by the Big Valley Coordinated Resource Management & Planning group, and will celebrate the work accomplished by the local watershed organizations throughout 2006. The public is invited to attend.
