The Lake County Land Trust and the Lake County Winegrape Commission are sponsoring an important workshop on conservation easements for growers in Lake County.
The workshop will be held at the Riviera Hills Restaurant, 10200 Fairway Drive, Clear Lake Riviera, Kelseyville, from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 27.
The workshop is designed to help landowners learn about land trusts, tax considerations of conservation easement donations, and the special provisions of the Pension Protection Act (PPA) in effect through December of 2007.
There is no cost to growers. |
