Lower Lake Watershed Council Meeting Lower Lake - The Lower Lake Watershed Council will hold this month’s meeting on Tuesday, March 20th at 6 PM. The meeting will be held in the Science Room at Carle` Continuation High School, 9345 Winchester Street, Lower Lake. The Science Room is the last door on the right from the main entrance. For more detailed directions please call Angie Siegel at 994-1033 between 1:35-3:40 PM, or Linda Juntunen at 263-4180 x16. The group will be reviewing their plans for the Lower Lake Memorial Day Parade, and discussing an upcoming grant-writing workshop. Greg Dills, watershed coordinator for East Lake and West Lake Resource Conservation Districts will also be on hand to talk about the watershed assessment process. There’s a lot going on, so don’t miss it! All residents of the Lower Lake area are invited to participate. Get involved in your community and attend this meeting -- discover what you can do to improve and preserve the watershed! |
