The Rural Food Project of Lake County Programs, Catholic Charities was at St. Peter's Glebe Hall on Monday, Feb. 26 distributing food to those folks in the area who are hungry. They gave out food boxes to 47 families which represents 233 people served. Volunteers Teresa Aguirre, Joe and Mary Ann Sanderson, and Frank Maxwell worked in the pouring rain to help give out food to anyone who lives in Lake County and is hungry. Call Hedy Montoya at 987-8139 to register and receive more information. The next distribution will be at the same site on Monday, March 26, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
