A special remembrance ceremony for public safety officers will be held this coming Friday, May 23.
The noon service will be held at Church of St. Mary Immaculate, 801 N. Main St., Lakeport.
The interdenominational ecumenical service for public service employees and families will be followed by a luncheon hosted by the Knights of Columbus.
All public service personnel and their families are invited to attend.
Uniformed personnel are encouraged to wear Class A uniforms. All personnel may wear mourning bands.
Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP by Wednesday, May 21, to Ellen Dills at Lakeport Police, 263-5491. |
