Annual holiday celebration in historic downtown Upper Lake. Tree lighting presentation, holiday light parade at 7:00 p.m., caroling, 4-H barbecue, and refreshments. Santa arrives to take Christmas wishes and photos. Sponsored by Westamerica Bank and the Upper Lake Community Council. Benefit for the Upper Lake Auxiliary Fire Department Toy Drive. Free admission. 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. |
