| The Lakeport Unified School District Governing Board will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 1.
The board meeting will be held at the district office, 2508 Howard Ave.
The board will consider approval of the budget revisions and the Third Interim Budget for 2007-08.
Following the budget revisions discussion, the board will move into closed session with legal counsel regarding existing litigation, Aspen Street Architects Inc. v. Lakeport Unified School District. Afterward, the board will return to open session and report on action taken.
The board will thenn consider approval of Resolution No. 05-08-01 – Unreasonable Hardship Regarding Judgment.
Board members include President Dennis Darling, Clerk Tom Powers, and members Robyn Stevenson, Bob Weiss and Phil Kirby. |
