| Richard Birk, president of Lake County Habitat for Humanity, will be the guest speaker at the Sunday, May 5, 10 a.m. service for the Middletown Community United Methodist Church. Habitat for Humanity also has been chosen as the nonprofit group to receive a tithe of undesignated donations made to the church during the month of May. The second session of "Spiritual Study for Today's World," which is jointly sponsored by the South County Episcopalians and Middletown Methodist begins at 4 pm also on Sunday, May 5. "Spirituality and Money" is the first in the series and will be held at the Methodist Church at 15833 Washington Street.
