Chef Julie Hoskins will lead a complimentary demonstration culinary class this weekend.
The Chic Le Chef class takes place from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Clearlake Oaks Senior Center, 12502 Foothill Blvd.
Hoskins will show participants how to make healthy snacks everyone can enjoy.
Tasting includes a blueberry smoothie, honey mustard rollups, and marinated feta and olive skewers.
The class includes recipe booklet with lots of tips and interesting information. |
