Do you like homemade cookies? Decadent homemade fudge? Oooey gooey treats? You can get all of those and help fight cancer!
The Relay For Life Team, the Quick Steppers, will host a bake sale at Safeway (11th Street, Lakeport) on Sunday, March 16 beginning at 9 a.m. Enjoy a treat and help others too! The group also will host a luminaria sale! You can create a luminaria in memory of a loved one lost to cancer or in honor of a survivor, or those currently fighting their battle. These wonderful tributes will light the night by candle light at the Relay For Life in Lakeport on May 17. We have all lost too many friends, family and loved ones to this insidious disease. Help remember and celebrate those we've lost and those who are survivors. Help the group fight back! |
